We made the drive again up north to WA and enjoyed the fresh air and rain.
Sean and I had the opportunity to meet up with some friends of mine and we decided to include husbands this time around. :)

We also got to take the kids up to Snoqualmie Falls...
And James was doing super great with his potty-training so we HAD to get ice cream in the freezing cold! haha
Theno's Dairy is THE place to get ice cream in Redmond. They have the absolute best! Unfortunately there was a lot of construction on the road so it was a bit difficult getting there, but completely worth it! And we HAD to get a picture with the cow! haha
Christmas Eve holds the same tradition every year - we go to the movies (Tangled), read the Story of Jesus (read by Gammie), and open one present (pillow pets for the kids):
These pillow pets were a HUGE hit! The kids had wanted them so badly they each put them in their Santa Letters.
Christmas morning brought even more magic! The girls were given a Karaoke machine from Santa...
Alex got remote controlled cars that race each other...
James got a new tricycle...
There was a lot of love and gifts going around that morning...
Even Ollie got a new gift - a gigantic toy rope...
Gammie got a Tinker Bell Mug...
And Gampy got a ... well, you get the picture...
We also got to Skype with Rob, Kim, Andrew, Peter and Abby...
I can't believe how big those kids are getting! They're adorable!
Overall it was a beautiful day.
